Day to day:
• Real Estate document processing/administration
• Review vendor invoicing.
• Create purchase orders.
• Program Reporting - create/maintain/manipulate customized reporting/dashboards within company data base.
• Monitor and maintain integrity of forecast dates for project completion.
• Follow up with teams on deliverables.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• A degree or two or more years of work experience.
• Proven ability to work well independently and under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, etc.).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• 1-3 years experience in administration/project management.
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to perform various functions within the application such as V-Lookup, and Pivot tables.
